In opac-memberentry.tt, the following parts lead to translaiton errors because
of sentence splitting by tags:
<strong>The entered <a href="#borrower_cardnumber">card number</a> is the wrong
length.</strong>
<strong>The entered <a href="#borrower_cardnumber">card number</a> is already
in use.</strong>
