Add the ability to checkout select items directly on the holdings tab. For
example, on the holdings tab on the bib detail page we can select items and
then delete or modify the selected items. Our request would be a third option:
checkout items. A pop-up or new tab that would allow us to enter a patron
number would provide an efficient means selecting a few items and to check
these out to a patron or vendor.
Work to be done:
* Add system preference to turn feature on/off
* Add a link above the holdings on staff detail pages to 'check out'
* Pop up patron search on click
* Perform batch checkout from detail page
