/misc/mod_zebraqueue.pl should the ability to send a 'recordDelete' operation
in zebraqueue.
My feeling is that mod_zebraqueue.pl should look up the biblio or auth number
given; if it doesn't exist, then a 'recordDelete' row should be added to
zebraqueue.
A --recordDelete option should also be available as an argument to
/misc/mod_zebraqueue.pl, in case we need to force a recordDelete for some
reason.
