When using LDAP and leveraging the 'replicate' flag, patrons who are replicated
have their cardnumber assigned equal to their LDAP username. This is an
inconsistency when the 'autoMemberNum' System Preference is set to 'Do'. When
'autoMemberNum' is set to 'Don't' then replicate should act as it currently
does.
