Both the Hold(s) waiting tab and the Hold(s) over tab should provide other
options besides cancel. Holds that are waiting may need to be cancelled, but
the patron may have already picked up the item without checking it out, so a
"Checkout to this patron" button should be added. It is also possible that an
item goes missing, so "Mark as missing" button should be another option. We
should also have the option to "Suspend hold" from this screen.
I would suggest an action button, but I would love to see an enhanced action
button. One that defaults to a setting of your choice in the preferences, like
defaulting to "Cancel hold", but has a dropdown arrow to reveal the other
actions.
