One of our customers has reported a problem since upgrading to 16.05 with the
cataloguing module. This is specific to IE11 and is reproducible.
Frameworks are not saving when the record is edited.
Edit Record - Click on Settings drop down
Select an alternative framework
Nothing happens at all - the framework does not change
I cannot reproduce this issue using Chrome but some libraries are not able to
use any other browser than IE so this is quite a fundamental problem for them.
