A customer has reported that since upgrading to 16.05 the tag editor for the
008 field does not open when clicked when using Internet Explorer 11. It works
correctly on other browsers such as Chrome.
This was reported at a similar time to bug 17695 - also an IE11 browser issue
in cataloguing.
