On OPAC, self-registration is enabled. You get into opac-memberentry.pl at
clicking Register here: link. You put mandatory fields info, and click send
button. After few seconds, error 500 appears. into
/var/log/koha/biblioteca/opac-error.log an entry is created:

192.168.1.123:57296] End of script output before headers: opac-memberentry.pl,
referer: http://biblioteca/cgi-bin/koha/opac-memberentry.pl.
