perldoc Koha
gives documentation for Koha.pm, which currently contains the koha version
number.
... but the other reason one might want to run 'perldoc Koha' is as an entry
point for documentation for the entire koha project.
I think we should expand

To point to the major modules in Koha -- Koha::Objects, C4::Circulation, the
development section of the Koha wiki, Koha documentation, etc.
