Hum, I'm stunned that following inputs work on your koha :
12,34,567.89 -> 1234567.89 OK (Pakistan, India)
12,34,567 -> 1234567.00 OK
I'll work on a syspref to choose the monetary format, in order to let the user
decide how he wants to input the budgets (it shouldn't change inside one
library)
