Especially the patches without a proper test plan are probably somewhat untested and need more testing. There could be new occurrences to C4::Members::Messaging that also need to be handled by these patches. Please keep this in mind if testing. I remember there was some bug related to category messaging preference view and I'm not sure if that got fixed. I was hoping someone in the community finds this work useful and wants to take it to the finish line.
