Koha Provides excellent feature of making purchase suggestion on behalf of
patrons through staff client but i feel staff needs Z39.50 feature to fetch the
bibliographic details like making purchase suggestion from external records or
new entry etc. Or System should provide a option to enter the patron card
number if staff is making purchase suggestion through another option. Option
like " Requester Card Number" etc.
