One of my least favourite "features" of search in Koha is that the default/simple search includes "Place of publication" (MARC21: 260$a). If you have a Norwegian catalogue, a lot of the books in it will have Oslo as Place of publication. This means that if you do a simple search for "oslo", because you want to find books about Oslo, you will get *a lot* of noise, because you not only find the books about Oslo, but also all the books published in Oslo.
