When looking at an invoice, there is a checkbox to 'Show all details'.
This provides the user with a lot more relevant financial information and
presents a total of the invoice including GST.
The standard display shows a total of orders and a total of GST separately.
It would be really good if there was an option to select whether you wanted
this checkbox to be selected by default.
