I solved this issue by reinstallation of the mysql server. The reason of this
bug I cant't describe, this should be a problem of filesystem permissions. I
think, the cover file will temporarily uploaded into an file system and
imported by mysql into the database. When there's a problem with the access to
the cover file per mysql, mysql can't import the file into the database. But, I
don't know, there's a temporary place during the file upload and where is it?
Ergo: After reinstallation of mysql the cover file upload works fine.
