When viewing a cart in the intranet, the Print button becomes unresponsive
after the cart is sorted on the Items column.

To replicate:
1- in the intranet, add several items to your cart
2- click the Carts link at the top of the page to see your cart in a popup
3- click the Items column header to sort by item call number
4- click the Print button in the popup and nothing will happen

Sorting by other columns does not affect the print button. Once the cart has
been sorted by Items and the Print button has become non-responsive, sorting by
a different column will not restore printing functionality. Closing and
reopening the cart popup will restore printing functionality.
