Example:
Member given purchase suggestion to the library and purchase suggestion is
accepted by the library and ordered to the vendor.
After some days when we cancel the order at the vendor level, it does not
reflect on suggestion page under "cancel order" tab. It reflects in "suggestion
pending" tab.
