When scheduling a saved report, it would be useful if it was possible to save
the report output as a (public) list - this way administrators could create
automatically updating lists.
Thinking of code changes:
- probably need a new virtualshelves.category to denote automatically generated
list
- handling the category in the virtualshelves UI, disallow adding/removing
items from the list. How to handle deleting the list?
- the saved sql report should only select biblionumbers. Not quite sure how to
do the UI side - maybe allow creating a new list from scheduler.tt, and
autopicking the list number?
- some changes needed in runreport.pl
