It would be nice if an immediate re-checkout of items on the self-checkout
station (SIP2) could be blocked.
It happens that patrons that can no longer renew items take it to the self
check to check it in and immediately check it out again. In some cases that is
not the wanted behaviour and it would be nice if we could re-checkout of items
that have been returned withhin the last x days.
The self-check should block, on the circulation desk a nice message should be
shown.
