Amended the first patch to include a proper test plan 2. Fixed the commit messages of all commits to be in the format: (Bug: XXXX) 3. Rebased all commits against master 4. Reworked the css in the second patch because since that commit was written we have switched to scss. 5. Added an additional patch which fixes a few bugs when placing an item level hold from the OPAC.
