Should be:
alter table borrowers change column updated_on updated_on timestamp NOT NULL
DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP ON UPDATE CURRENT_TIMESTAMP;
alter table deletedborrowers change column updated_on updated_on timestamp NOT
NULL DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP ON UPDATE CURRENT_TIMESTAMP;
If we believe kohastructure.sql :)
