Hi,
some libraries like our use holds to pull on branches which are without
everyday service. It measn, that hold to pull request has some time delay
because somebody have to catch car and need to go external branch.
We are thinking about statuses for requests like "on progress" and field for
additional note. Maybe it can be useful for other libraries. Lets talk about
it.
