When a review is entered for an item, the opac-detail.pl causes an error when
that item is viewed in the opac.
Undefined subroutine &main::format_date called at
/home/load07/kohaclone/opac/opac-detail.pl line 654.
workaround: If review is deleted through the staff client, the record will
display in the opac.
