At present, it is possible to select 'Do not notify' for the following notices
at a patron level (i.e. for an individual patron):
* Item due
* Advance notice
* Hold filled
* Item check-in
* Item check-out
AT patron category level it is possible to opt out of overdue notices by
changing the value of 'Overdue notice required' to 'No'.
However, it is not possible to opt out of overdue notices at a patron level.
