To replicate:
1) Check out item X to patron P
2) Return item X
3) Delete patron P
4) Go to details for item X and click the 'Checkout history' tab.
This generates an internal server error.
This is a regression between 17.11 and 18.05; I haven't tried to replicate it
yet on master.
