Currently, it is necessary to setup an account in Koha for a sip connection and
then do some setup for the same account on the backend (I do not know all the
details).
It would be great if there were a way to setup sip accounts via the patron
account, that would eliminate the need to monkey with stuff on the backend.
Ideally, it would be nice to have an area to setup sip accounts that is
separate from regular patron accounts.
