When creating an order from the 'hold ratio report' the links to create orders
get lost when filters like the hold ratio are changed.
To test:
- Place a few holds on a record (at least 3 on a record with 1 item)
- Create a new order/basket in acq
- Create a new order line using '... from hold ratio report'
- Verify the last column of the table displays a link to place an order
- Change the filter on the left side, like lower the hold ratio
- Verify the order links are no longer displayed
