When a Patron logs in and clicks the back button on their browser or clicks on
a "Home" link that links back to /koha/opac-main.pl, the OpacNavBottom content
shows between OpacNav and the Patron Links.
ie:
OpacNav
OpacNavBottom
Patron Links
instead of:
OpacNav
Patron links
OpacNavBottom
