Automatic item modifications by age is limited to boolean '='. There is NOT a
boolean '!=' or even a boolean OR.
Having boolean NOT EQUAL and OR would make "Automatic item modifications by
age" much more useful. In consortium settings, this enhancement would allow
branches to opt out of aging set for the rest of the consortium.
For example, it would be possible to set a rule such as the following:

"Age in days x days items.itype = itypename
AND items.homebranch
!= branch name items.itype = itypename"
