> Hi Josef, can you explain the use case a bit more?

Of course I can, we have two use cases:
1) We often use Koha for whole regions - where one library is regional center,
and makes rotating collections which sends to small libraries in the regional
library system - the collections have usually about 60 items or more and would
be handy not to have to all the items check in

2) Some libraries have set a stock as another branch, to be able to know if the
item is on department or in stock (it could be even external), some of these
libraries don't have a computer in the stock and have good workflow in which
they are pretty sure, that the book which started transfer to this branch/stock
will finish the move here in short time. Now they have to change the library,
check the items in, and change the library back to usual department, which
leads sometimes to mistakes, as they could forget to change the library back..
