When SMS checkbox has been checked on /cgi-bin/koha/members/memberentry.pl,
/cgi-bin/koha/members/moremember.pl does not display the SMS checkbox as
checked. Or perhaps it display the value fleetingly, and then the checkbox
appears to not be selected.
