On the list of Z39.50 servers at /admin/z3950servers.pl there is no way to tell
whether a server is correctly configured or not. It would be helpful to display
this information.
- On the list of servers add a column to indicate the status (such as Active,
Inactive, In Testing, Not working, etc.) of a Z39.50 server
- On the diplay for a specific server, add a field to include the status
information
- Allow libraries to select their own wording for the statuses
- Allow libraries to block the display of Z39.50 servers with certain statuses
from showing up when using a Z39.50 search with the Advanced Cataloging Editor,
the basic editor, creating a new record via Z39.50 or creating a new order via
Z39.50
