We have had some accounts apparently fail to allow repeat login attempts to the
limit in our preferences.
In investigating this, support noted that the database counter resets back to
zero after a successful login, leaving no record of the failed attempts.
We would really like Koha to keep the log of successful and unsuccessful
account login attempts - with timestamp. Even if we don't have it logged and
visible to staff it would be helpful to support for troubleshooting.
