Currently the cataloguing plugin upload.pl prefill 856$u (or any other fields
linked with the plugin) with something like:
OPACBaseURL/cgi-bin/koha/opac-retrieve-file.pl?id=$hash
In some cases we would like to have the link of the uploaded file directly.
