GoogleOpenIDConnectDefaultCategory defines the category of a new user when it
is created after oAuth authentication and GoogleOpenIDConnectAutoRegister is ON
(Allow). This procedure should inherit category's Default Messaging Preferences
but now it does not. It would be nice if it could.
