In the Your Cart display at /cgi-bin/koha/opac-basket.pl the item details in
the Location (status) column do not always display. This appears to happen
when any item record attached to the bibliographic record has the status
Withdrawn. Instead of hiding only the Withdrawn items (if added to
OpacHiddenItems) all items attached to the bibliographic record are hidden.
