This development add a new text field for serials which allow librarians to
enter a published date in the format he wants (displayed in full subscription
history at OPAC, and in each page displaying published date at staff interface)
Example: for a monthly subscription, we can enter "January 2012", "February
2012" instead of having "01/20/2012", "02/20/2012".
If not filled, displayed text is the published date.
