In 18.11 bug 19287 was passed into Koha, allowing staff to mark an item lost
from the Holds to Pull list. This is an extremely helpful process- and with
this feature, Koha will even send a notice to the patron that the item cannot
be filled in a hold since it is lost. It would be great to see this same
functionality with the Holds Queue report, as so many libraries are multibranch
and generally use the Holds Queue report.
