Currently the patron modification requests are an all or nothing process.
There is no way to select which of multiple changes in a request to allow or
deny. I would suggest:
* Check boxes next to the items being allowed to change.
* A field that must be filled next to unselected changes, to explain why the
change is not being allowed.
* A select/deselect all header check box
* Modifying the Approve radio to read 'Approve selected'
