Currently you cannot edit new values in patron modification requests on
members-update.pl. Sometimes patrons make a mistake, or are not formatted
correctly and your only options are:
a) click on the patron link, go back and accept the changes, go back to the
patron screen and refresh, and edit mistake(s), or
b) deny all changes because of the error, or
c) approve and forget.
I would suggest that the new values all be editable.
