I think we could combine reports-home.pl and guided_reports.pl (used saved) by
having reports-home.pl show the saved reports, and having the options on the
reports-home.pl page down the left side. Some of it is already there. I'm not
sure about other libraries, but 99% of what we do in reports is saved.
