The queries used in bookcount.pl to find a Last Seen timestamp for each branch
result in inaccuracies. To test:
- Check an item out from Branch A
- Switch to Branch B
- Check item in
- check bookcount.pl, see that the timestamp for that return show for Branch A,
even though that's not where the return happened.
