The side tabs on additem.pl are below the item table. This is not a big deal
if there are a few items, but with records that have many items (say 20 or
more), and you want to navigate to one of the other record views, you have to
scroll all the way below the table to do so.
Because the table needs to be as wide as it is, it doesn't make sense to have
the tabs to the left of the table. Instead, it might be a good idea to change
the tabs to a horizontal tab menu above the table next to the search filter.
In fact, this might be a good idea throughout Koha.
