Steps to reproduce issue:
1. Import a record with a control number field (001) into the catalog using the
"Stage MARC records for import" tool
2. Import the same record, but only into the "reservoir" (i.e. do not use the
"Staged MARC record management" tool)
3. Go to /cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/addbooks.pl and enter the ControlNumber from
the record in step 1 & 2.
Result:
1 record found in Catalog, 0 records found in "reservoir"
Expected Result:
1 record found in Catalog, 1 record found in "reservoir"
