I have a bug in the french version of Koha 19.05.04.
In the serials module, when I click on "recherche d'un fournisseur" (Search for
a vendor) or on "Créer une notice" (create record), nothing happens: the pop-up
doesn't appear. It's impossible to create a new serial.
There is no problem when I work in the english interface. The bug appears only
in the french one.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Work in the french version
2. Try to create a new serial
Version Koha : 19.05.04.000
Version de l'OS ('uname -a) : Linux library 4.9.0-11-amd64 #1 SMP Debian
4.9.189-3+deb9u1 (2019-09-20) x86_64
My PC runs on Windows 10 pro.
