If a duplicated patron is found there are 2 buttons ("edit existing record" or
"save a new record") but none is working. The submit seems to be blocked by the
form validation: https://snipboard.io/7QFbwE.jpg
To recreate:
Create a patron with surname=xxx
Create another one and save
You get the alert but the buttons do not work
