URLs are not correct for the default values in the OPACSearchForTitleIn system
peference:
- Worldcat: now https
- BookFinder: now https
- OpenLibrary: URL search pattern changed
These still work as the sites redirect to the https version, and the new URL
pattern for the OpenLibrary.
