Catalogers here are looking for a way to generate an export file (to send to
clients) as they are copy cataloging and saving a records. This feature should
be similar to OCLC's "local files" and ITS's "Save to... Export File" feature.
In other words, once the cataloger has set up to Save to an export file all
future saves are saved to that export file until the feature is turned off.
