There are situations where an item has a hold placed on it, but staff have not
yet processed the holds to pull/queue and captured the hold, and another patron
sees that the item is available in the OPAC and expects to be able to take it
off the shelf. It would be a nice functionality to have the option of showing
that item as "pending hold" or something, so that patrons realize the item is
potentially going to be unavailable soon.
The library request was that as soon as a bib record has a hold placed on it,
the "available" status changes to something else.
