If a library hasn't been closed on Fridays in the past but starting in the
month of February, they will be closed every Friday. When this is put in as a
Holiday repeated every same day of the week- Koha will make every Friday going
forward in the calendar and going backward in the calendar as closed. A
library would like to make a holiday repeating going forward only, not
necessarily including past days.
